Meet Our Team

John Peccia is the Founder, President, and local owner of Pacific Quorum Properties, with over 30 years of experience in the property management industry. He leads the company's strategic vision, growth, and service delivery, while championing Pacific Quorum's core values across all operations.

John began his career as a Property Manager and progressed into senior leadership roles, including Branch Manager and General Manager, before founding Pacific Quorum. He has extensive experience managing strata corporations and real estate investments.

Outside of work, John enjoys spending time with his family at their recreational retreat, often joined by their German short-haired pointers.

Jenn joined Pacific Quorum following the acquisition of Okanagan Strata Management. She brings two decades of experience in property management. She progressed from an unlicensed assistant into leadership and now serves as Regional Manager for the Okanagan, overseeing operations in Kelowna, Penticton, Salmon Arm, and Kamloops. Jenn plays an important role in supporting regional growth and operations while helping guide teams across the region. She is known for her dependability, integrity, and commitment to building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Greg joined Pacific Quorum Okanagan in 2018 and is licensed in Strata and Rental Management. With experience as Managing Broker at the Marriott Kelowna and running his own property management business in Whistler, Greg brings expertise in hospitality, owner relations, sales, and marketing.

Outside work, he enjoys everything the Okanagan offers—from mountains and lakes to wineries.

Janet Norrish began her career in Property Management in 2006 as an Administrative Assistant. She was later promoted to Administrative Supervisor in 2023, where she now oversees the administration team in the Okanagan region and leads a team of nine administrative assistants.

Janet has played an integral role in several acquisitions across the Okanagan, contributing and assisting in various tasks. She is a dedicated team player known for her strong organizational skills, leadership, and commitment to excellence.

Melissa brings nearly three decades of experience in property management, beginning her career in 1996 as a receptionist and progressing through roles in conveyancing, accounting, rental management, strata management, and senior leadership. She holds licenses in Strata Management, Rental Management, Trading, and as a Managing Broker. Melissa has also owned and operated her own property management company.

Outside of work, Melissa enjoys fishing, spending time in the woods, and making the most of the outdoors. Interestingly, despite growing up by the ocean and spending lots of time around lakes and rivers, she never learned to swim.

Sharmin is an experienced Human Resources professional who supports Pacific Quorum's employees and leadership team across recruitment, onboarding, employee experience, performance management, payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR operations. She plays a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture while helping the organization attract, develop, and retain top talent.

Sharmin values building strong relationships, promoting professional growth, and contributing to a collaborative work environment where employees feel supported and empowered to succeed. Her commitment to integrity, communication, and continuous improvement aligns closely with Pacific Quorum's values and dedication to service excellence. Outside of work, she enjoys dancing, spending time with friends and binge-watching movies and TV shows.

Yuliia joined Pacific Quorum in 2024 as Marketing Coordinator and Corporate Administrator, bringing a creative and strategic approach to communications, branding, and employee engagement. She plays a key role in managing the company’s internal communications, supporting corporate initiatives, and helping strengthen Pacific Quorum’s brand presence across all regions.

Passionate about creativity, storytelling, and building connections, Yuliia enjoys developing engaging content, coordinating company-wide programs, and finding new ways to support collaboration and culture throughout the organization. Outside of work, Yuliia enjoys staying active through exercise, spending time with friends and family, travelling, and learning new languages and cultures.
